Deliveries 

Deliveries will be made to the nearest kerbside at the delivery address you provided to us when you order. Our drivers will unload your order from the vehicle for you. Our friendly drivers will do their best to get your items as close to where you need them as possible but they will be restricted by the access available due to the size of our vehicles. (SEE BELOW)

We strongly recommend that you don’t book gardeners or tradesmen until we’ve delivered your order in full and you’ve checked it over. Please note that we can’t be held responsible for any charges made by gardeners or tradesmen as a result of your order not being delivered, or because you didn’t check your delivery before booking their services.

 

 

 

     

 

Bulk Bag deliveries

Bulk bag deliveries will be delivered via HI-AB wagon, we will aim to deliver as close to the location as deemed possible by the driver, but can only guarantee a kerb side delivery. Please remember it is an off-loading device and not a crane.
Vehicles are generally up to 2.51m wide and gross up to 26ton
You must ensure the delivery area is clear from obstructions, such as parked cars, overhead power/telephone lines, overhead branches.
HI-AB delivery requires the wagon is level, on firm/hard standing surface (not grass)
The vehicle is unable to travel on soft or grass areas

 

       

 

Tipper deliveries

Tipper deliveries will be delivered either on 8 wheeler or Articulated lorry  depending on load size
Delivery requires the wagon is on level /firm/hard surface (not grass)
Delivery will be made as close to preferred location as deemed safe by the driver.

You must ensure that the tip area is clear of any obstructions, such as parked cars, overhead obstructions, powerlines, telephone lines, man holes
Vehicles sizes are up 2.55m and gross up to 44ton

The vehicle is unable to travel on soft or grass areas

 

 

 

 

Returns Policy

Refunds may be given subject to haulage costs to and from the destination.
Orders returned due to unsuitable access or wrong material ordered will incur a charge of £60 for return delivery and re-stocking, refunds will only be given once this charge has been deducted.
